What size is the maximum per photo in terms of filesize and pixel count? How many photos can I upload per day, per month and in summary in terms of file count and traffic? I have searched the website, but did not find direct answer for my questions. I am new here at this webpage and want to start such a project too. Hopefully tomorrow or maybe today.

Now, to answer some of your questions- For maximum file size- I don't know the specific answer to that, but the file sizes I upload tend to be HUGE (don't usually shrink them) and I've never had a problem. If you go to upload something and it tells you it's too big, just shrink it down a little in Paint or whatever other program and try again. I don't think you'll have that problem though. It doesn't appear that you are an ACE member (for which you have to pay) which means you are limited to one album and one picture uploaded for every day of the year. That being said, you can upload multiple pictures in a day, but each picture must have a different date on them. Does that make sense?

Hello Stacy and thank you for your answers. I am really suprised, that there is no page explaining the limits for a regular member. Ok. This is not really such important. I have already found your linked guideline and read (not fully, but mostly).
Photo size limit is 10mb for free members, 20mb for paid members.
You can upload as many photos per day as you like, but they all need to have a unique date set. Since the uploader only lets you select a date as early as the 1st January 2006, that means that as of today free members (limited to one album) can upload a theoretical maximum of 2557 photos, and paid members can upload a maximum of 7671 photos (across three albums).
The FAQ does say:
'365 Project limits the number of photos you can hold on a Free account. The number depends on a few criteria, you will always have access to at least your last 365 images. If we do limit your account you can still access your photos by upgrading to an Ace Membership account.'
So while you might be able to upload 2557 photos to a free account, you probably won't be able to see more than the last 365.
