When I began the project on May 1, 2010, I had no inclination that I would still be here in 2013, or get to 1,000 photos!
I was a second-year medical student, going through a tough relationship time, about to sit exams, wondering what the future would hold for the next few years of my studies and beyond.
1,000 photos later - I'm a medical graduate, exams all passed, done and dusted, still uncertain of the future but a little happier as a result of the decisions I have made along the way. :) (Alex (@mednez ) has had a lot to do with that!)
In these 1,000 photos I have grown considerably as a photographer - from being a first-time completely-amateur shooter just playing around with my first DSLR, to doing professional shoots and acquiring a bunch of awesome gear and looking forward to getting even more. :) Thank you, 365 :)

what a fantastic milestone - congrats ! certainly inspires me and gives me something to aim for. My own milestone ? I think I'm still working on that :-)
