I went to RCC, (about 7-10 years ago, things may have changed..) The had some really great classes. If you go to the Riverside campus, they have the graphic technology department and teach photoshop slightly from that angle, graphic designy-ish. But the best way to learn it is to just play around in it. The adobe classroom in a book helped me out alot to learn the basics.
I did a Photoshop class online. Learnt a lot! Check out www.godigitalscrapbooking.com. Go to the shop and have a peek under Andrea Gold. She runs PS classes for a variety of PS versions.
Rochele he is coming to LA for a class I might take it...... Travis I also might take you up on your class also (I am photoshop challenged) I learn on hands so much better then reading a book on it.... Thanks guys :-)
I do it one on one and have three plans laid out so pending your level I can walk you through the basics or we can work on exactly what you want to know.
