So a family friend has invited my family to go to Myrtle beach with them in May! :) Im oober excited and it i'm obviouslyyy taking my camera! We're going to be doing lots of activities, including trips to the beach to go metal detecting, tanning and relaxing :) Also, I love golfing, so i'm going to be going golfing with my dad and his friend. Does anybody have any tips/tricks for Beach sunset/ sunrise pictures, wave pictures, and just overall for the beach? and how about tips/tricks for golfing pictures? and does anybody know some other good places to go down at Myrtle Beach?
Brittany, we vacation at Myrtle Beach two or three times a year. You will find lots of photo ops! You will get better sunrise photos on the east coast than sunset. I've enjoyed taking photos along the Boardwalk, at Brookgreen Gardens, and the ruins of Atalaya - the home of the Huntingtons at Huntington Beach State Park. Also taken some of fishermen at the pier. (My husband and son are usually there,) Have fun!
Hi Brittany, we are couple hours south on the same coast as Myrtle Beach so if you want check out my beach shots for some ideas: http://365project.org/tags/bardejov-beach
Hi, Brittany, we go to Pawley's Island, SC, which is about 16 miles south of Myrtle . . . check out my beach shots from there. http://365project.org/tags/lyno-beach
@calm These are beautiful photos! I loved in North Carolina and used to go to 'the beach' but it's been decades. You brought back some wonderful memories.
