I wanted to say I'm sorry for my lack of activity here the last few days! I haven't been feeling well- I think my insomnia finally caught up to me :( Thank you to everyone who has left comments on my photos the last few days, and I'm sorry for not replying back to you all, or commenting on all of your photos. I am finally feeling better and will be back to normal (well I was never NORMAL) soon. I will try to catch up on all that I have missed the last few days :) Hope you are all well!!

Know how you feel on the insomnia front, I'm a night owl trying to force myself into a 7am-gym-trip routine, so I'm definitely feeling your pain on that front right now.

@eyebrows 7am gym routine...I manged it over the summer! What with winter now here....hhmmmmnnn, its a struggle. If you can do, works wonders leaves evevning free, albeit an earlier night mind

onward and upward - remember to take vitamin B12, some kepl and fish oil ... then evening primrose and eat lots of oranges ..... think that's all .. stay getting better.
