Timing out issues

Every time I use this site I incur time out issues (it takes several attempts to load most pages). I have managed to get my photos uploaded most times but viewing other peoples photos, discussion pages etc always time out about 3 times. I have also had the page redirected to a random site in my bookmarks. Anyone else had this issue.
I'm using it from Vancouver and my brother in Australia couldn't load it either.

Ive had issues last week (or was it the week before?) where I think the site was down and it redirected to another URL.

i should have added that in the UK, i've never had timing issues. Has anyone in Australia had problems?
