Site suggestions

Is there a place to add some site suggestions? I have the following:

Hilight a person when they post their 365th photo (or 730th, etc.) on the main page.

Filter photos by tags and dates (say I want "dog" "black and white" and from this week)

A place or forum for site suggestions.

Placing an older button on the latest photos page.
