i think my eneloop batteries have problems... i just bought it a few days ago together with my speedlite... and i dunno why but it seemed like it doesn't charge at all!!
i almost had 2 days of it charging (not continously though for i am afraid it explodes) but at least a 6 to 8 hour time range... i tried it just now to my speedlite and the flash doesn't work..
any of u guys have problems with eneloop batts? for i have heard theyr'e better than the usual NiMh batts? but why am i experiencing such?
eneloops have been said to be one of the best out there - so this sounds odd! Check them with a battery checker to see if they are holding a charge. Maybe they are duds, who knows!
@justincambridge@kjarn i dunno.. i have used my flash since my batts are pre charged when i bought it, works perfectly fine.. but when it drained, i dunno.. huhuhuhu
i left it charging when i slept tonight, and checked just now in the flash unit... and still it didn't work! ughhhh
@kjarn good idea!! hahaha but what i am stressed out right now, is that... TONIGHT I HAVE AN EVENT! and i need my damn flash!!! huhuhuhu T___T wish me luck.. i hope i can make something to workout! ughhhh
@maceugenio Go to the store, buy energizer batteries for your gig. If the flash doesn't work with normal batteries, then the flash is your faulty component. :(
Then, when you don't have the pressure of a gig hanging over you, check the batteries with a battery charge checker. Then use the charger that came with the eneloops, or a LaCross battery charger.
@scooper yay! thanks... the battery and the charger worked pretty well. it's just the light doesn't turn off if it's fully chrged or not.. but yeah i have used it and woklred pretty well.. THANK YOU!
AND OH! it's my speedlite that has the problems.. i have it replaced already!! thank you guys!
