Seriously, go follow, comment and get to know ..... now

February 24th, 2011
This is not about me, it's about the people I follow.
Who do you recommended I should follow and why? I'm going to try and limit my suggestion to one person though I could do 10 straight of the bat.

This is @thisissparta

and he's my mate. We have a bit of an unspoken man challenge going off where we will get a photo up a day.
Neither us will produce stunner's we are still learning the craft, well not just yet anyway, but we will get our pictures up each day.
In truth were we to be point scoring he'd be two points up as I've done fillers twice but I'm praying he will fall at least twice to level the playing field. He doesn't pimp himself out half as much as he should do and I think this is a great social site that I love being a part of so want to get him dragged in too.
If you get time and want to follow someone random, comment and bug the hell out of this guy, then he's worth it. I will try and do the same for one of each of your replies (I really will try)

OK, here's my suggestion @Spaceman. Here's why. He's always interesting, never tows the line, can have some great ideas, has developed his own style and tone, is really stimulating and drives you nuts telling you how much his pictures suck all the time. Here's a few samples of his work:

I want some people that normally look at flowers and birds and pretty buildings to step out of the box and look at this artists work. He is amazing. If there is one thing I learned from my kids when they were in high school, it was to never judge a book by it's cover. Some people are scared or turned off by dark clothing and piercings, but underneath the disguise there can be an amazing person who just chooses to express themselves in a different way. So today, my hat goes off to @princejoji. The following dedication to his dad has to be one of the most beautiful I have ever read.

And these are all made by hand. Amazing!!!

Hard to choose for me because I'm following some pretty interesting/funny/talented folks, but I recommend this talented lady because of the fantastic dreamlike quality of her photos of life in India. I love the candid shots of life in other cultures.
February 24th, 2011
@dhaami - hope you don't mind me suggesting you:)

I don't know what it is with the Gerbera Daisies, but they rock socks. And even though I can't afford those flowers (five bucks EACH?), maybe you could look at a pic or two of mine. :)

Now to go look thorugh the rest of the suggested photographers in this thread.
February 24th, 2011
I was totally coming over here to pimp for @viranod - but he's already gotten around plenty, I see ; )

Another one I really love is Sen Lin @senseninn - great stuff.

Also, George Kaye @waniorawarrior - though he isn't very consistent in posting.

February 24th, 2011
Ooooooh! @sdpace thanks for the suggestion of @cammo! LOVE! And NO post-editing ... swoon.
February 24th, 2011

I admire Sky He's photos @skyheming, she makes everyday subjects very interesting and beautiful. She doesn't have that many followers, I recommend you check her out. Here's a random pick from her album:

February 24th, 2011
I highly recommend Amelia J! She has some great center square shots, along with fantastic perspective and processing. She doesn't have a lot of followers but she deserves SO many more! Here are some of hers that I really like:

February 24th, 2011
I recommend Rachel B (above) right back! I love that she experiments with a wide range of subjects, and I especially love her portraits
February 24th, 2011
Oh yeah, and Zab! He is AMAZING!! He takes pictures of the life he sees around him. Candids, workers, buildings, etc but all with his great eye behind it helping you see SO much more. I think he's in the Phillipines. Not sure. Here are some of his (I had a really hard time choosing!)

February 24th, 2011
i highly recommend following @Rhoiz . he says he is new to photography, but you do not see that in his pictures, he clearly has an idea of what picture to take and executes them very beautifully, from the composition, to post-processing, down to the colors. every picture is painterly and makes you think, "wow, how come my landscapes don't turn out that way?" :D

February 24th, 2011
I recommend @eyebrows because he does some totally awesome things.. And so many of his pictures make me laugh :)

@mrjuggles -- Great thread!

Honestly, I enjoy everyone who I'm currently following. Everyone has their own unique perspective on the world and I look forward to viewing their photos every day. :-)

Since @pocketmouse and @flamez have already been mentioned, I will suggest

@bella_ss: She has the most AMAZING macros! Seriously, every photo is stunning.

I'd also have to suggest @aprilrss: She comes up with some creative ideas and they all turn out wonderfully!

February 25th, 2011
@mrjuggles very cool topic, so AMAZING photographers.
I REALLY look forward to @viranod 's photos every day, they're always stunning...

I also really (creepliy) enjoy my husbands photos... I think the fact we dont have a macro lens and they are take with extension tubes makes me realise just how game he is some days with his subjects... have a look...

This girl is like a little sister to me, and I'm her only follower. She's only had a camera for a couple of months so it is fun to watch her develop her skills. I'm sure she would love to have a few more followers.
February 25th, 2011
@indiannie_jones Girl, I don't really know what to say... thank you. :)
