I've been having so much fun since beginning my project (which, coincidentally, my cousin started on the same day.) Recently, my boyfriend and eldest son have begun projects of their own.
I love that we're bonding over photography.
How many others have family members on here? I recall coming across a few parent/child accounts.
My Husband is on here...
i actually asked this question a little while back, interesting to find links to people i was already following! :D http://365project.org/dcr/365/2011-02
Glad you can enjoy this project with your loved ones! It makes such a huge difference. I'm part of a large family network that really only started with my sister-in-law and mother-in-law. My MIL had gotten her dream camera for her 60th birthday and knew about this project. She spoke to my SIL about it and my SIL said she would do the project with her so they both started the first of the year. The next day my MIL called me and said I HAD to do it too...and since MIL's are great at guilt trips, I finally agreed. A few days later my husband joined and then my SIL's husband joined (they are brothers). Since that time we have added: My MIL's brother and his daughter, my father-in-law, the mother of my sister-in-law and finally my 8 year old daughter. Did you catch all that and keep it straight? I hope to add more! ;) It seems like the only thing we talk about when we are together is 365! It's also so much fun when one of us gets on the PP, we have tons of family cheering for our success. It makes it somehow easier to continue everyday even when we can't find inspiration. We know that someone will notice if we don't post a pic!
My sister and I started on the same day last year! We've always been really close and now that I moved away, it's nice to connect each day through our pictures. http://365project.org/ericaleigh017/365
my husband just started his first album on here too
as you can see, i'm the novice, he's the pro!
and it's been a bit of a bonding experience for us lately - processing our photos together, and sharing favorite photos we find here :)
Just me right now - but my granddaughter will be joining me soon. She is nine and very anxious to start. My niece initially 'signed up' but didn't post. Maybe she will return.
Talked my husband @zephyr325 into starting about a month ago and takes really cool photos. Its such a great hobby for us to enjoy together, he's got a great eye!
My mother was enjoying looking at my photos each day, and is always sending me photos from her iphone, so I decided to put her stuff up here instead of her filling my in box. She does ask me to clean up the photos a bit, but she says she is starting to have fun finding fun and interesting photos to take.
My son has been taking pictures with me since the start, kind of as a joke, of a toy all over the place (sort of like the story of Greg the duck but not as good he is young after all). We refer to it as his version of Flat Stanly. He just decided to start sharing them on here & is try to catch up & upload them all. He uploads a couple a day & is almost caught up.

My daughter, Molly, started the project last month and loves it ~ http://365project.org/moly/365
She's a stay at home mom with a 5 month old baby girl. She's documenting her days as a new mommy. :)
I bought my mum a place on a 10 week photography course for Christmas, which is at our local college on Wednesday evenings. She loves it, and has started a project 365 to work on the skills that she's learning there. http://365project.org/cathywright
Then there's Andrew of course. But you all know him already. It's been fun using 365 as a way to get to know each other (we only met in December) and we always talk about what we're going to photograph next. We try not to get too competitive, but I am very jealous of his camera!!! :) http://365project.org/andrewdearling.
My hubby has started an account, he's not quite so into getting a photo a day but we have found he has an awesome ability with photoshop so we share photos, I take them he turns them into something amazing http://365project.org/bobmcdonald/365
@brooketallman Both my girlfriend and a very close friend (her best friend) are doing projects. Haven't convinced her to join this site, but @aymac is on here :-)
My sister Mary got me involved with Project 365 and I couldn't be happier! On a side-note, Mary definitely has an artistic eye for processing and photography! I know I'm biased, but I'm very impressed with her talent!!
A friend who is closer to me than family and also a godmother/aunty to my children is on here.
She uses the username @elsz and this is one of her photos
My little sis talked me into joining at the same time -- just last month. My first response was, "oh, I have a blog" but I had no idea what an incredible, inspiring community this was -- I'm so glad she talked me into it!! This is my favorite photo of her many great ones:
My husband started this addiction after his cousin in Latvia was on it. Then I started - if you can't beat em join em! Now my daughter, her partner and my youngest son 15 have joined! 3 of us share a camera and 4 of us share the computer so life is interesting !
This has been such a fun project for me as well. I ALWAYS get my family involved with it. My hubby is so busy with his work, that he hasn't started his own project, and my kids are too young to start their own project. BUT, they ALWAYS go with me when I search for that shot of the day. A lot of times, my 4 year old son asks me to take a shot of this or that, or him. He LOVES photography....hmmm, I'm rubbing off on my son!
My Dad started one for a while, but didn't keep it up because it took too much time. My little sister @helenmary recently started her own project. She's not been going long, but she's enjoying it. :-) http://365project.org/helenmary/profile
I started on Dec 10, 2010 when a friend posted a link on facebook. I got my older sister started on it almost right away and since then we have gotten our younger sister, 5 cousins and an uncle to participate. Our mom follows us, but she hasn't posted yet, so I'm not counting her - but we'll work on it. ;o) It is so cool because we are all in different states (USA) and two different countries. I look forward every day to seeing what is going on in their lives.
The other neat thing is following strangers' albums. There are several people I have never met whose photos I look for every day too. What's really wonderful is seeing so much beauty (and in such great variety) from around the world.
