email notifications of comments on photos.

i have chosen for email notifications of any comments or thread to my comments in the settings but i don't seem to receive any notifications. is there anything else that i needed to do? thanks for the help!

Just make sure your e-mail address is correct in the GENERAL TAB.

I had a few days last week that I did not get emails, but it has seemed to have fixed itself now. Hope you start getting your emails soon!! :)

check your spam or junk folder of your email, they might be going there.

i checked the email address in the settings and found that the first letter is on upper case, tried to change it but i keep getting the message that says 'this email address is already in use' and won't save. do you think this is the problem?

The case of the letters shouldn't affect the email address.
