For those that follow me...re: Ceramic Henrietta and Gabriel (HELP!)

April 21st, 2010
ok, it seems like we have a theme this week of "creative block". I am having that with the "Ceramic Cats" album.

Keeping it Legal and within my budget, I would love to hear some suggestions for future episodes.

Please, provide me with any ideas. I will be happy to do it if I can and give you 100% credit. The embellishments and commentary are reserved for me, though!

Thanks!

Henrietta is in serious need of a diet ... what about some exercise related shots - you already started with weightlifting. Maybe they could go to tne local gym, swimming, rock climbing, biking, tennis - of course they won't necessarily DO any of it, but they could sure watch and you could have your verbal fun!

Carla...YES!

Rainee, that wold require some travel. However, while not as real, I am sure I could pick up those figurines. The ceramics...those were hand made.

I'll send Fraser on a road trip if you want! He could come a visitin' the "bad news duo!"

Can you find a squirrel? They're a big hit? Or a Doxie?
April 21st, 2010
It's top secret and we all know how, well, private this place is...! I'll share it with you in an email. hehe...

I have some ideas...

They could play hide and seek (one peeking out from a funny spot while the other one is in the front "looking")

playing with yarn and accidentally getting wrapped up in it

baking and getting messy in the flour

birdwatching

maybe watercolor paintings?

Thats all ive got for now! lol

Doxie?
April 21st, 2010
well......they already got drunk one night.......how about getting drunk another night and waking up next to a complete stranger? (idea NOT from personal experience - may seem quite defensive but that's true)

Doxie = The Sheridan Avenue Boys...they've had a lot of good adventures!
April 22nd, 2010
Chris, maybe it's time to shake them up a little. Let's see something very scary happen to them. You'll be there for protection and comfort afterwards, and we get to be creeped out. It's a win-win.

Hmmm, take them to the park and let them play on one of those spinny merry go round things or a play boat in a pond, kitties LOVE water!

Find a doggy to check out. That should be interesting.

Climb a tree?? My kitties love to do that, or course they also love to make me get a ladder and bring them back down.

bring in some companions? learn to play an instrument? start a rock band? make dinner? discover their girliness?

and... maybe they have a friend that could on a road trip to other interested folks who would take a photo or two and send him to the next person on the list?

Maybe CH & CG can decide they're so OVER their current surroundings, and go for a makeover? Might make for good shots at the fabric store, paint store, tool rental store, poring over blueprints, etc...

Eh, I got nuthin'. ;)

Even if it's "nuthin" to you, one small concept can get into my warped mind and change dramatically.
April 22nd, 2010
what about taking them to the zoo to see other cats or just other animals
April 22nd, 2010
Well, I am thinking that they seem to have cameras following them around every where... Maybe they are the ceramic feline versions of Britney and Paris... I will leave it at that and you can take it from there!
April 22nd, 2010
Oh man... I am cracking myself up now! I can only imagine the conversations we could have. The meeting of the (warped) minds!
April 22nd, 2010
Have they visited their big-cat cousins at the zoo?
April 22nd, 2010
Game of Monopoly or similar? I can imagine a fair amount of cheating going on there...

Or what about swimming? Obviously they can't, but I can kinda see how one might try to push the other in.

create scenes from different movies or tv series: Lost- sand and broken plane, Blair Witch- dark woods, Batman- mask and a bit of "biff/pow", Where the Wild Things Are- a wee homemade boat (paper will do) set sail in the full bath, Alice- a huge paper cut (stuck on with a bit of double sided maybe?)smile peering down from the branch of a tree or a worms eye view on a chess board, The Pacific- a see of plastic soldiers and more sand....

April 22nd, 2010
how abt some tom and jerry stuff?
April 22nd, 2010
I didn't feel like reading all the ideas, so I don't know if these have been said. Have one going in one end of a tube or something and the other one coming out the other end. Or do a mirror shot but reverse either the reflection or the cats so they are in front of the wrong reflection. Or use a pet store as a setting, like they want a new owner.
