@looseimages Unfortunately, hummingbirds are limited to the new world (all the way from the very north to the very south)... none here in europe, unless they escape from an aviary or something. :-P
@allegresse : Wow, that really is amazing - thanx for sharing it! I wish I could put hummingbirds on my list, too, but living where I live this would just be a fantasy...
@allegresse Its on my bucket list too! The best one I have is here link (First time posting a link, hope it works!)
All my hummingbird pics were taken last year with my P&S. I'm hoping to get something better this year with my new Nikon, so we'll see!!
@davidchrtrans@davidchrtrans Sorry you guys can't join in on the experience; hummingbirds are a lot of fun! But that is the great thing about everyone being from different places. We all take different pictures of different things. I would love to take a picture of a toucan, but I don't live in South America. And I love Australian wildlife, but I can never photograph them either (except at a zoo!) So for me, I have to live vicariously through all the South Americans & Aussies on here who post their wildlife photos!
@looseimages@davidchrtrans@jannaellen I didn't realize hummingbirds were not found in Europe! I guess you take for granted what you have seen all your life.
@allegresse Thanks! Zoom!! Its my best friend, haha. My mother-in-law has a feeder hanging on her front porch. I like to sit there and just watch them. They are magnificent little creatures!

@triplescoop I will, thanks!
@ididntdoit87 I'll take a look. I'm sure it's great. I don't even have a shot with blurry wings. =)
