I am popping in to let you know that I will be pretty much a part timer 365'er most likely for the rest of the year. My father was diagnoised last week with Pancreatic cancer. Sadly it has spread to far and there is nothing they can do. Needless to say my family is in a state of shock and grief and I feel my place should be with them as often as I can manage it. They live in another part of New Zealand so will be doing as much travelling as I can manage.
I will post photos when I can and when I take them but at the moment there just isn't much heart in it at this time.
my condolences. i have had to deal with grief while being on here, and as odd as it sounds, continuing with the project helped, and was a small distraction from all the rest, and a bit of a small escape as odd as that may seem. my thoughts are with you.
Prayers of peace and comfort for you and for your father, and for your family. And, I hope photography can serve as a way to express your feelings along the way, when the spirit so moves you. God bless you all.
Thank you all so much for your support! It means a lot I went up and spent some time with him this weekend thanks to friends fundraising and it was fantastic to spend time with him and talk about things that are going to be happening with him.
