Just like to ask, does Photojournalism same as Photo Essay? I mean the way they photograph the image.

You need to remove the word Photo from both to understand the meanings;
1 Journalism is a superficial thought, or a poplar slant it is a hurried composition which is typically used on newspapers or magazines
2 Essay's are generally short compositions of a theme or subject which will interpret or be analytical of these.
