I have often referred to the 'Photographers Must-Do' list, usually questioned by @shanne ;-) so I thought I would start a list of the photographs you simply 'Must-Do' (or ones that inevitably crop up from time to time). This is NOT a criticism if you have already taken shots on the list (cos I certainly have) merely a collection of shots that excercise any photographers mind.
Here we go:
1) Water drop splash
2) Water drop macro on a leaf
3) Sunflower
4) Bubble
5) Traffic trails
6) Fairground blur
7) Coastal sunset
8) Butterflys wings . . . . . please feel free to add your own 9? 10? 11?

I'm new to photography, and very much learning...but these ideas are all brilliant (well mostly all!)....trouble is, now to work out how to achieve the photos I see in my mind's eye!
@becauseican as someone who's just taken an image of my child in a basket, I was at first really repulsed with this idea. However, since the famliy wanted some images, I figure I'd do the cliche, but I coudlnt bear to do it badly...

Not that I'd call myself a photographer or anything but I've certainly tried (and failed) to get that one on more than one occasion!
