So, I need your help. I'm working on an on-going series. I got the idea for it when I was looking for something to shoot for my 365 one day and came across a wadded up foil candy wrapper. Now it's sort of taken on a life of its own. :) I'm running out of found trash, but I'd like to continue with the subject and I figured who better to ask then a bunch of creative people who have been in the exact same position at one time or another, right?! So, the idea is basically trash or something that becomes useless once it's been used like a cotton swab, gum etc. Can anyone help me? Go, team, go!
i love your work, you're pics are all taken with such confidence and skill, producing little worlds of their own, so will try to help so i can see more (purely on a selfish level!)
1)corners that get cut off cartoons
2)pen lids which never find their owners
3)the silver bit you pull off to reveal the cigs, which often get made into flowers, subconsciously, as people sit around drinking
5)metro tickets
6)daily free paper
7)the dried up bit at the end of the toothpaste tube
8)vegetable ends
9)failed lottery tickets.........

vege peelings
cores and pips
chalk dust
pencil shavings
supermarket receipts
old/lost button
those plastic twisty ties
lids off different sized and different coloured tubes
used stamp (does anyone have those any more?)
bill envelope the ones with the windows
lollie wrapper
dress tag and the little bag with the extra button (does anyone save those?)
foil top of a yoghurt cup
label off a beer bottle (the bit people pick off as they are drinking)
the plastic/foil paper bit brie is wrapped in
tea bag tags
hell what about the tea bag or coffee grounds....
go visit a junk yard
a trash dump (a lot of trash there :) )
visit local restaraunts in the back
goto a local sporting event after it is over
not knowing where you are, it is the time of year for carnivals and festivals. a ton of garbage there
if you live near a big city, go for a walk :(
