Excited! Just purchased PS Elements 10 :)

I've been making do with an old version of Paint-Shop-Pro.... and have been waiting for a good deal on Elements... just found it for $45 on an Amazon Black Friday sale - yay! :) Now I think I need to start studying so I'll know how to use it - hopefully I can pick it up fairly quickly :)

I'm seeing it on play.com for just under £30. My question is, a couple months ago I just got PSE7 so is it worth upgrading or not. I know it's a great price and part of me thinks to just go for it. But.... well is there that much more on 10?
