I want to see your favorite shot of the place you call home
Your house/neighborhood/town whatever you have show off your town!
I just noticed I didn't put where I live lol this is Portland,Oregon I live two hours away in Eugene we host the summer Olympic track and field trials here aka Track town USA
Hmm... I don't have any of my house, or town, but this is my backyard, which is often a source of inspiration. I've posted several different photos of it (two of which are in my top three in my stats!)
OK, so this is obviously not the house where I live, but this is about half a mile away from where I was born and brought up and where I now go for my daily walk with Kayna, the lovely little lurcher. It's definitely part of what I consider "home".
My house. In the middle of the woods, in the middle of Maine. My dogs can run free and I can hang clothes on line with no clothes on. hahaha! I said, I could, I didn't said that I do!
And here, what we call "Les quais" (embankment. quay?) of the Garonne where people can do everything:: walk, shopping, eat at restaurant, skating, biking, rest on the grass, sports, have a drink at the café...
I hope that through this process everyone is looking at there home towns a little differently...I live in a college town it isn't beautiful or amazing there are no theme parks or huge shopping malls and it isn't a tourist attraction but its my home and even it has its amazing moments :)
How wonderful to see the different places of the world!!
My little place in the world right now is in a big old house in the outback of NSW, where the dirt is red and kangaroos really do bound down the street...
I would say this is fairly symbolic of family and family is home. I say this because this pretty little shed is in the churchyard where Jen and I are to marry but also where he father was laid to rest so it will always be somewhere that we are drawn to.
@kittenshark
Now we call it the Cadillac Ranch There parking cars in the old bean patch Theres a bar in the barn and the place stays packed Till the cows come home at Cadillac Ranch!
This is an arch from the main church in Bungay, Suffolk. I walk past it eveytime I go into town (almost every day) I loved the way it looks in the winter with the snow
Wow you guys live in way cooler places then I do
Isles of Scilly, UK :-)
but this is the place I head to when I go "home" for the weekend-Ashland, WI
Wow....just wow
And why are there so many bicycles? Because Cambridgeshire is so flat:
And some of the wonderful coastline in the North East here:
And one of our beautiful beaches :)
Nearest town 13km, Exeter, Tasmania, Aust
Here a café, downtown
