Because today is the last day of April, I'd first like to thank all of you who participated in the Animal-Month challenge. Though there were no prizes to win, I was amazed by the loads of people who entered in and the wonderful results you came up with, even though not all of you (myself included) made a whole month of animal pictures or took new pictures every day. That's okay, as I've said. I myself have been posting pictures from 2013 or even 2012 with this challenge, so I'm not going to judge.
This topic here is for you to show of your favorite picture from the challenge this month.

@quietpurplehaze Yes, I meant for you to show off one (or more) of your own favourite pics. But if you want to, you can show pictures from others you like.
I was one that didn't get a shot every day but this month has been hard, we're still getting snow so not a lot for birds and really getting out and driving around. I did get some though, it was fun :)
Thank you for hosting - there have been many great animal shots as a result. I didn't manage an animal a day but of the ones I took, this is probably my favorite: Marty had been for a swim in the ducks pond and was sitting in the sun drying off while I waited for the ducks to return.

I have plenty of subject matter with 3 cats, a kitten, 2 hens and a rabbit. However it is our new kitten that stole the show this month to capture all those precious "firsts" in Callie's life.
Though I always love my pics of Maggie, I chose this one for my favorite animal pic (out of only 4 that I posted) because I liked my humor... and because it is the most common pet in my house!
@lynnilou Just wanted to clarify I had posted my faves of other 365ers from animal month. Didn't want any credit to come to me for their wonderful captures:)
