Thank you Kathy @myhrhelper and Mike for putting me in the running with some outstanding photos! I would love to have listened in as you critiqued them all! All the good assistance along the way helped me over a hurdle and on to new vistas! 'twas most appreciated!

If you plan to find someone go through your connections or someone you follow and ask to host.
Regarding hosting it take the last challenge and copy the information. Replace with new dates, new tag, links and description of the challenge.
What to post - when you start a new thread in the themes under challenges:
Do some of the camera settings intimidate you? Do you want to learn how to develop your photography skills and learn how to use your camera effectively without always going back to the “auto” function? These challenges are for you!

Enter as many as you would like- the idea is to practice & learn. Because you are limited to the time of day and my schedule which is limited this challenge will be longer.
TAG YOUR PHOTO CSC14-9 AND post your picture in this thread to receive feedback from other experienced photographers specific to this challenge.
Voting will take place , XXX –XXX and the winner will be announced XXX. The winner of the challenge will either host the next challenge or select an experienced photographer to host a new challenge.
Expect to receive constructive suggests on how to improve your skills.

@mikegifford I realise that you just helped out Kathy, but would you be kind enough to give me a few pointers and help with hosting the next challenge too? I've never done this and I don't consider myself technically aware enough to judge the entries.
