What a complete surprise to find I am the new artist challenge host. Thank you to Clare @pistache for doing such an excellent job of hosting the last one. Thank you to all who voted for my photo too. I am very honored by that support from the community.

I have chosen a photographer who has a variety of subjects that could appeal to a larger set of interests and various skills of 365 photographers. You can see her work here:

Please post a link to the photo that inspired you in your narrative when you post, and feel free to add your photo in the thread below, to keep the challenge 'live'. you can submit as many images as you like, though only one will make the final shortlist, and your image(s) should have been taken during the time frame of the challenge
