Not sure whether this counts as it is only a small lake, but it is probably my favourite waterfront shot. Taken in Sukothai in Thailand, April this year
This is from the end of Grandview Beach looking back towards Hampton. Grandview Island is so narrow here you are seeing the Back River to the right, and the Chesapeake Bay to the left. Two waterfronts in one.
I love waterfront and shorelines. Sorry a can't pick only one.
(This was for the Magritte challenge a while ago)
(And this was in Capri - the girl is not me but a friend of mine)
"The Sandpiper and the Sailboat"
Taken at Redington Shores beach on the Gulf Coast of Florida between St. Petersburg and Clearwater.
Sunset on Summer Solstice:
And "Come Sail Away" taken at the same beach July 15:
River Haven, Boston, Lincolnshire
All the waterfronts are tremendous! Thanks Joseph!
I am posting my two favourite waterfront shots - both have such a contrasting feel to it I simply couldn't decide
This was one of the first photos I took as part of my project. Mooloolaba beach, Sunshine Coast Australia!
and this one even tho it's not really the same thing:
My first waterfront picture.
St. Louis, Mo. Lewis and Clark in the muddy mississippi
