Bokeh?

Does anyone know a good website or video tutorial thing that shows you how to make heart bokeh or any shape really?
ive been trying to find out, but i havnt found a good tutorial. or maybe i'm just doing it wrong.

That's the site I used. I tried it, and posted my shot sometime in June, and found it somewhat difficult. You have to make sure the heart is small enough.

picnik has bokeh stars and hearts in their seasonal effects. i've never tried it though.

It works better if you have a wide-aperture lens, but you can still do it with a standard lens. The key, as Krissy said, is to get the heart as small as possible. At f/4.5, my heart had to be, at the biggest, 11x11mm (I think you calculate the size by dividing the width of your lens by the f-number). But if you have a smaller f-number then the heart can be bigger.
