Maybe, possibly better on large view. Maybe. Possibly. :-)
Am I going to look at this a bit further down the line and ask myself what on earth I was thinking of when I did it? I don't know! This sort of processing is outside my comfort zone - a very good reason for having a go at it :-D
I've been dithering over it for ages, which is why I'm so late posting.
Taken at Stowe Landscape Garden near Buckingham. We went there for lunch prior to going to a fete where the Morris side Lester's with had a booking.
Many, many thanks for the comments and favs for the worms. They enjoyed their role play so much they demanded to be featured again as payment for posing for me this time. :)
Critique welcome. Veteran 365er, 2011 vintage. Only posting occasionally and irregularly now.

Alison, I love the processing and the dreamy vintage feel. I'm the same and generally feel more comfortable with realistic color shots but once in a while I get an impulsive streak & find experimenting to be fun! Your effects are soft and lovely and really enhanced viewed large. Fab composition! I am faving this....good job!
It almost has the look of a by-gone time - yes, as Roberta said, a dreamy look. Quite interesting and I like it. Don't have that much nerve (or knowledge) myself to try that. Great Britain is doing one heck of a job with these Olympics. Really enjoying.
@natsnell Thank you :) Thought you might like to know the processing details :
Shot RAW, processed the shot, turned it to b&w, converted to .j-peg. In Picasa, used a little of the Cross Process effect, then Soften effect in Picasa. When I uploaded to 365 it looked a bit dark, so I used Picmonkey to lighten it.
