The fountain is in Windsor - that's part of the famous castle you can just about see in the background, over to the right - and it commemorates the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. Its design was inspired by the Crown Jewels.
Lester very kindly took me to Windsor tonight so that I could do this, so a very grateful thank you to him. That's devotion beyond the call of duty and I'm lucky to have such a kind-hearted husband.
