H is for (fire) hydrant marker

The connections for fire hydrants are underground in the UK and these markers direct fire fighters to the access covers.
The number at the top is the size of the mains water pipe bore, the lower number the distance to the cover. The measurements here are metric : millimetres for the pipe bore, metres distance to the cover. Some markers still bear imperial measurements.
Didn't he use to be in Steps?

How interesting... I didn't know that. I am used to the red one on the sidewalk.

I had never noticed the bore size before - only the distance (which I didn't realise had gone metric). Nice selective colouring!
