Best viewed large if you have a moment. Thank you.
Lester and I went to Southend on Sunday but it was jam-packed so we moved on down the road to Shoeburyness and enjoyed lunch and a stroll along the beach there.
I couldn't help feeling that the people on the red boat looked as if they didn't realise that you take boats out on the water. Just my warped way of looking at things, I guess!

I looked large before I read your caption - was really puzzled at what they were doing - those weren't going to float I was pretty sure! This was such a fun shot to get.
Great shot, however it was a stop press moment when you mentioned a place called Shoeburyness! Really that sounds an amazing place! Must put that on my to visit list. :0))
"Waiting for the tide to turn" alternative title lol I guess they have a few coldies (beer) to see them through the long wait. Such an interesting photo...those boats look so forlorn and I love the pop of red.
Really like this. Fun shot. It worked well because of three boats. I am slightly distracted by the odd indistinct "things" over the horizon. Not sure why that is, but there you go... thats photography! LOL.
@netkonnexion Thank you. Hmm, yeah, see what you mean about the 'things'. Maybe it's because they are almost smack on the top, horizontal thirds line? I'll re-jig the CR2 and clone them out.
