Better viewed large if you have a moment. Thank you.
A bridge/boardwalky thing across the lake at the Savill Garden. Lester and I went there on Sunday. We have a new routine when we go there now - he goes off on his bike, I wander round and look at things (maybe take a few photos) and then we meet up for a cuppa and catch up with what we did. It means my poor, long-suffering husband gets some time off from hanging out with his camera junkie wife!
I spent some time sitting on a bench in the shelter watching the world go by. It was very peaceful and pleasant.
When you get loads of verticals like this and they're all out of kilter with one another which one do you straighten from? I went for the post that the lady's just about to walk past.

Fabulous lines from every which way. Lady and the post certainly a good focus as eyes skittering all over the place when viewing! Great in b/w to really see those lines.
Fantastic image! I do love all those lines and think you chose the correct post to straighten the shot...all those others can do with being off centre of the horizontal or vertical :)
Wonderful capture! Looks great in B&W. Yes, I agree that many lines are challenging. I think you used the right vertical. The image makes sense the way you have aligned it. Well done!
