A friendly group of 4 along the rail trail. I announced that I was passing on the left and the woman startled. I stopped to chat and meet the dogs. She was most grateful that I was not afraid. They were all mutts with a fair amount of pitt bull. All lolling tongues and wagging tails! One was a rescue who been used as a bait dog-her teeth had been filed down. Hard to imagine that life for her. She was still very fearful after 3 years.
Nice that you stopped to visit. I am sure it made her day and the dogs as well. I love these kinds of shots...something interesting about seeing someone walking away. Always a question about where they are going, where they have been.,,,a story is there for sure.
