This was fun a fun challenge! When I generated my band and album, I was like ‘what the heck am I going to do for this?’. Rutland is a town in England, so punk came to mind. My husband who sails and knows how to tie all sorts of knots was kind enough to help out by learning how to tie a hangman’s noose.

But ... Rutland was an English Shire County. It no longer exists as a administrative area, having been absorbed into the surrounding counties back in the 1970s. Mind you, there are a lot of signs saying you're driving into Rutland on the roads around there. Which all makes that a much funnier joke.
Ha great cover. . Smallest and richest county in the U.K. They also flooded several villages to create a big pond. Apparently when it gets low you can see the buildings poking out.
