Two men and several children were watching the teenager groom 2 horses. I stopped and asked if I could take pictures of the horses. The men were delighted, and told me they were getting ready for a trail ride that afternoon. The previous week, they'd spent the whole weekend at a trail ride in nearby Livonia, camping and listening to Zydeco bands. "There's nothing like riding horses," they told me; "it's just so relaxing."
"That girl who was kidnapped," they said (Hannah Anderson). "She was found by guys riding horses. That guy who took her.... What's wrong with guys like that? They just don't know you gotta do the right things in life."
Normally, I might have lightened this a bit, but I don't like to post recognizable photos of other people's children.
I applaud you for your effortst to protect the identiy of children in your photos. Thhis is really a nice shot of these children. they seem to know about horses and have a good knowledge about people too. Well done Diane.
Love to see horses..and the children look so happy. it's good to grow up with some animals and having to take care of them. not only dogs are men best friends. so are horses. I see the love between our granddaughter and her horse all the time.
