Clinging to life

The tree has minimal signs of life, only a little green on one branch. The hospital, closed since Hurricane Katrina in 2005, has a sign that it may reopen--but other plans to do so have failed.

It's still depressing how things haven't all re-opened since then. Hopefully, eventually, this oak tree and hospital will make it back.
