I am salivating. There was a time when I was a very efficient crawfish eater. Newspaper-covered picnic table in the back yard, right on the banks of the Bogue Falaya. Good friends. Good times.

Taste good but I find them nasty to eat. New Orleans and the surround area are amazing!
