Chou-fleur Mardi Gras

I've never cooked yellow or purple cauliflower, but I did like the Mardi Gras colors. I increased the saturation in the anything-goes spirit of carnival.

Cool colors! I've cooked the green kind but not these. Nice close-up. It not only brings out the color it brings out the texture too.
