We went for a jog in the warm sun. Felt really good. This past weekend I bought new running sneakers. The place was pretty neat -- seemed like they knew what they were doing. They studied how my feet moved as I walked and ran. Felt odd to have someone watch your feet doing that. It was quite an education, learning about my feet. I'm a little nerdy and eat that kind of shit up. But they made recommendations for a better sneaker and shoe insert (if needed). I needed one because my feet totally suck. Tried on a few pairs and inserts and these are the ones that made the cut. Apparently, I've been wearing the wrong size running shoe for the past two years. Doh! Feet felt so much better after my run. Didn't know it could feel like this...
No artistic merit to the photo whatsoever. Not even trying, not feeling inspired today. It is what it is.
