LOL.... this encompasses it all in one quick motion! My own mother on occasion has given all 10 fingers turned up in this fashion. The first time she did it, someone had cut her off while driving and I asked her, what she was doing. Looking at me, she said with the single hand gesture, that it's just a whole bunch of these. Now I laugh every time I see this gesture. So, well done!
