Pic taken August 2015. Still working on dem abs. My abs will turn 40 this year, in August to be exact.
Today, some 7 months later my abs look more or less the same. I haven't been able to workout the past two days due to work (I work 12 hour shifts now) and a neck problem so I kinda feel like a lazy bloated shit. Oh well.
Forty fucking years. I can't believe it sometimes. Looking forward to the next 40 or more, I hope!
This is a reminder for me whenever my body goes to complete shit.
You've got some nice abs. 40 years and 3 babies has not been kind to mine, but whatever. My legs are pretty good so, I guess that's something:). 40...crazy, eh?
