Good colours. It may have worked better landscape to get more trees in and less grass although I can appreciate you obviously wanted to get a good amount of their shadows.
I would have struggled to decide between landscape or portrait with this one. Tall trees & short shadows or short trees & long shadows. Either way is right for such a lovely peaceful scene - doggy heaven I suspect!
