Beautifully crafted... love the ripples which provide just enough distortion, of the trees, to be interesting - without destroying the illusion. the silhouetted trees are fab in the mist, even the bin looks good because of the shape..
love the lead in line taking one's eye out and through the gate to.... ?? Wonderful

@brennieb @special4k Many thanks for commenting!
@jorlam You are so observant! I'd hoped the fog would obscure the bin ... through the gate goes to another lawned area. Many years ago when I was a child where the bin is used to be the jawbone of a whale marking the entrance to the pond. Sadly long gone.

@fbailey the bi is fine.. it peeks out from behind the tree - not out in full view.. i didn't mention the 'doggie' bin because it, sort of, recedes into the bushes..
interesting about the whale bone.. cannot imagine a whale fitting in there.. :-)

@fbailey tee hee..
i used to work on a magazine and was frequently asked to 'proof read'.. back then i had good eyesight..all things change..
i've learned to not 'look' at spellings/grammar etc on here but images are different and i cannot help but really look at each one.. usually for about 5 minutes or so but if i become lost in one time ceases..
