String of Hearts

I don't know it's official name, just this one. Was so pleased it's survived the winter in a cold conservatory!

But the conservatory keeps the frost at bay.. i think this is called: Ceropegia woodii but don't quote me..
there are plenty of aerial roots so the possibility of new plants is quite generous..
Btw, i like the uncluttered simplicity of this image - the soft colours too. the leaves have beautiful markings..

@jorlam Thank you for commenting and also letting me know it's official name. It's a tough little plant (needs to be with me!) and is very easy to propogate. The flowers are nondescript and black.
