i've never been to Dover so this is really nice for me to see the castle.. i like that it appears to be running downhill - different levels introducing different aspects - a really good Pov.. i also, genuinely, like the sheep.. they are a different breed to those in this locale.. i'm fascinated by the wee mounds climbing up the slope as well as on the flatter surface.. an altogether pleasing scene..
Lovely composition ... sheep make for good foreground interest ... like the rocks leading your eye up to the castle on the hill ... ooh sounds like a title for a song! fav

I've never seen sheep like these around here before, and it was the little flock that drew my eye. I think the mounds are an additional form of defence but I don't know how far they date back.
