I watched and waited for one of the swans to swim into the reflection of the bridge over the river, but this was the nearest to it they would go. So the picture of a swan on a river of copper just didn't materialize!
Love all those beautiful details/textures in the feathers.. and you've caught a great catchlight too.. the composition is fab - plenty of space for the swan to move into and the light is beautifully soft..
