golden rod is one of the few flowers i don't much care for, as i find the yellow too strident, but as a seehead, and particularly backlit as here, they are just beautiful
Good day Felicity, I had the pleasure of looking over your portfolios this morning and the photos are exceptional. Macros are great even prior to your new lens and the colors in your photos are very vivid. One thing which I didn't see in your photos was one of my favorite techniques which I discovered since being here on 365 - forced perspective. Looking at your portfolio it may take you out of your comfort zone a bit but it is a great deal of fun engaging your imagination using this technique. I would like you to try your hand at forced perspective photography. If this is something which you do not think will work for you please let me know and I can provide an alternative.
