I headed into the woods this morning with my dogs, the camera and my never used crystal ball. The idea was to get a picture of my dog or dogs in the bluebells or a reflection of the woods in the crystal ball. Sadly both my dogs thought the crystal ball was a toy being the same size as a tennis ball, and bright sunlight is not a good idea with crystals as there's too much glare. So I tried ICM instead but it was very irregular and jagged.
The above is a bluebell bank, edited out of all recognition in Elements and a Nik filter:)
@maggiemae Well, I did think of trying to snap the farm donkey in the ball but worried he might try and eat it thinking it was an apple - and how would I have explained that to the farmer!
It's a really nice ICM - I like how the bluebell colour is so dominant and so well dispersed. I'm so keen to see what you do with the crystal ball - you might have to sneak awayfrom your doggy mates. :)
