Today's picture for the Rainbow Challenge. SOOC. Who would think that there were so many different ways you could focus on a purple thread - this challenge may yet turn out to be fun:)
I am not a huge fan of purple- but I really like this. It's so simple but so striking! Makes me wish I had purple thread and purple material to imitate it- but I don't!
Hello, I'm paired with you for Get Pushed this week, and looking at your album I suspect you're like me (although you wouldn't be able to tell it from my current album), lots of shots of pictures out and about, not much staging of shots inside. I see you've discovered Gavin Hoey* so my challenge to you is to take a picture using one of Gavin Hoey's lighting suggestions from here https://www.gavtrain.com/ - which should leave you able to take part in any challenges you want.

@shannejw Thanks for the challenge, will certainly investigate what I can produce. I have no external flash just natural light from the conservatory (on a good day) and of course the in camera flash but I will certainly experiment and see what I can come up with.
