An old saying but it's quite true - since Cathy has been regularly walking these little muttlies the oldest one, with the white muzzle here, has been declared fitter and healthy as ever! Whereas before he would curl up and sleep a lot, this little 13-year-old now chases around with his younger pals and is always up for a walk! His owner is delighted and of course so is Cathy. :) I went with them on their walk today which meant they could go through the forest along the footpaths - a treat for us all and lots to sniff at - for the dogs at least!

Just started walking again with my friend Diane and we've been bringing along her Golden Retriever Gabby. Wait- I should really say Gabby, my friend Diane's Golden Retriever has been taking us for a walk! She keeps us moving for sure- and hopefully the result will be like the 13 year old in your picture! They're really cute- the whole lot of them!
