The other day someone knocked on the door and offered to chop back my cherry tree... now why on earth would I want them to do that?! So happy to add my shot to the many glorious blossom shots I have seen this week, it seems nature is rapidly catching up.
This was a macro shot (oddly from a way below), I had hoped to get lots of bokeh in the background but instead added a touch of cross-processing for the whim!

Gorgeous capture - such beautiful white blossom!! Love the focus and dof!! So pleased you didn't let the man chop it back!! I tried to find a blossom tree this morning but everything is still in bud!! I can't wait to see the trees in full bloom!!
What a beautiful cherry tree, just as well it was not cut back. My small cherry tree is just beginning to blossom but the flowers are pink so hope to post those at some stage. Lovely, lovely shot!
