Seems a bit bizarre that we were nearly at the end of December before having a noticeable frost in the garden... Still, here it is, captured rather cheatingly by holding my camera & macro lens just above the grass and clicking and hoping. I thought it looked like a frosty, almost coral-like underwater scene.
Next time I might lie down and get a properer shot. :) brrr!
Well chuffed with your kind comments on my little blue tit shot yesterday, I had gone out and turned the bird feeder around so was really pleased to see such a pretty little bird fall for it, rather than some giant pecking starling or crow! Thank you so much - keep warm and keep smiling :)
