Got the results from my MRI and no broken foot or torn ligament, just a good case of tendonitis. It was a warm and pretty day to take a stroll on the beach, but instead I just stood and looked out at it, still not allowed to do any long walks. Soon though.

This is a gorgeous photo, Dee. My favorite place to be. So nicely captured, the blue of the ocean and the white waves, birds and sandy sand. Take care of that foot as I had the same injury twice and it takes time to heal. Fav
